Antonio LORI was born in a small but inspiring town near Turin. He inherited a love of photography from his father Carlo, a passion first shown for traditional black and white photography and later for the more versatile digital format.

This professional is a profound connoisseur of various photography techniques and a true experimenter. He graduated in Biology from the M.F.N. School of Science in Turin, with a thesis on macro and ultramicroscopic scientific photography. He then started working and teaching photography in several studios between Milan and Turin. In 2015, he exhibited his works at the first 'Photography Biennial' curated by the famous Vittorio Sgarbi. He has also collaborated with several journalists in the fashion and food industry. For example, his photos have been published in "Il Messaggero", "Il sole 24 Ore", the online food blog "Scatti di Gusto", the magazine "Man in Town" and in fashion publications such as "Vertiqlé Magazine" and "Art of portrait".

Over the years, Antonio LORI has participated as a front-row photographer in numerous Fashion Weeks: Milan Fashion Week 2016/2017/2018, Pitti Uomo and Pitti Bimbo in Florence, Turin Fashion Week, IAAD Turin Fashion Design Week. He has also been selected as a Nikon NPS Photographer and Master in the Nikon School (Portraits and Still-Life Workshops).

His main skills include not only photography but also editing, retouching, workflow and deep knowledge of Capture One software (he is even a 'Beta Tester' and professional instructor). He currently works between his studios in Turin, Milan and Rome where he benefits from professional equipment (ask for more information) and where he shoots with his beloved Phase One IQ3 100 and Sony Alpha 7rIV.
